How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want everyone who reaches out to Distributionfault Walk-In Tubs to get fair and honest treatment. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to share a concern and what we do next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or messaged Distributionfault Walk-In Tubs
  • How we handled your personal information
  • Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
  • The way a provider we connected you with acted

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If work in your home went wrong, start by raising it with the provider. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.

Still, we want to hear about it. Your feedback helps keep our network honest. Providers who often fall short may be removed. Please know that Distributionfault Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, give refunds for a provider's work or act for a provider.

How to Write to Us

Email contact@distributionfault.property. Please include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • What happened and what you would like us to do

After You Write

We will email to confirm we got your complaint. This usually takes a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may mean contacting the provider. We will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our reply does not settle things, answer our email and ask for another review. You can also try your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau. For a licensed contractor, your state's contractor licensing board may also help.
